Like many great businesses, our journey started with humble beginnings and real challenges. Mr. Hilles and his partner Mr. Alsaki began by investing in a cleaning franchise, driven by ambition and a strong commitment to delivering the highest quality service.

Despite giving our best every single day, we soon realized there was a major gap between the effort we put in and the financial return we received — often earning less than the minimum wage for standard work. After a year of tough decisions, we had two choices: quit the industry or go all in on ourselves.

We chose the second path — to build something of our own, independent of the franchise model. The turning point came when we realized that the key to success is happy employees. If your team is fairly rewarded, the quality of their work will shine, and customer satisfaction will follow.

We adopted a new philosophy: small profits for the company, but generous pay for our team — the opposite of what we experienced in the franchise system. And it worked.
